Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on life-safety equipment such as ropes, harnesses, or hardware once they have been used or removed from their factory seal.

Return Process

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our team inspects the gear to ensure it meets safety standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
