Replacement Wheels

We spent a year working with AWAH to make the wheel easily replaceable "at the tailgate".  The wheel on the Z3 is the part that takes the most punishment during use. We really wanted to provide users with a way to change it themselves without the downtime of sending it back to get serviced. 

 

Our in house engineering team at HowNot2 designed the 11mm wheel!  Now both 10mm and 11mm wheels are available. Replacement wheels are only compatible with units purchased from HowNOT2 or authorized Retailers. 

 

Instructions: Squeeze a rope around the wheel and use an impact driver in reverse.  Replace wheel and use Loctite 242 Blue (medium) when you put the screw back on torqued to 8 Nm

Z3-Fire Warranty

The Z3-Fire is a consumable product. The manufacturer provides a one year limited warranty for defects in the materials and production process of the product. 

 

The warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by wear, deformation, corrosion, oxidation, self-modification or repair, incorrect operation, improper storage and transportation, and other usage than for which it was designed. 

 

Please note: Wheels and rope edge rollers are wear parts and are not covered under warranty.
