We offer pre cut lengths or "by the foot". This 316L stainless chain is passivated by Climbing Taiwan to be even more corrosion resistant. Feel free to mix with other 304 stainless hardware such as hangers and quicklinks, as galvanic corrosion won't happen in any human lifetime.
12" of 8mm = 8 links. 12" of 10mm = 7 links We have some precut and we can just sell continuous lengths by the foot. If you see we have a lot by the foot, but not the precut length you want, email us at contact@hownot2.com and we'll make those for you.
Climbing Taiwan UPDATE 9/30/24: It was recently brought to our attention that some of our batch "##24" CTW 8mm 304 and 316 high-strength quick links do not fit inside our current 8mm 316L chain, nor do our 10mm 304 quick links. However newer batches "##25" of 8mm quick links will fit inside the 8mm chain, but our 10mm quick links is still a tight fit.
Note- The 8 mm chain is narrow enough that it does not fit wide nose carabiners like the Black Diamond OZ or Wild Country Helium. They do fit most of the carabiners and a lot of the lockers we tested. Keep this in mind when using chonky biners.
