HMPE Cord Sling - 6mm

Sewn round sling made of kernmantle material. The tightly braided polyester sheath is abrasion resistant, stiffens the sling to make it easier to create threads, and generates a good clamping force when used as a prusik sling. The HMPE core is extremely strong and offers outstanding permanent flexural strength.

Compared to its predecessor, Edelrid's Aramid cord sling, this new HMPE cord sling is less stiff. Compared to other slings on the market however it is still much stiffer.
