Each 6 mm plate comes included with 1 meter (~40 inches) of 5mm Dolphin Cord rated in a loop for a 15.5kN MBS, and each 5 mm plate comes included with 1 meter (~40 inches) of 4 mm Dolphin Cord rated in a loop for a 10.5kN MBS.Ā Arete's Dolphin Cord is slightly thicker so that is why 4mm works on the 5mm anchor and the 5mm works on the 6mm anchor.

The center hole diameter is 8.5mm intended to be used with 5/16 in or 8 mm anchors (not included).Ā Use a long enough bolt to account for the thickness of this hanger.Ā The hanger and bolt doesn't hold you, the rock does... make sure you are attached to it!
