How long will it take for my order to ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our gear worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
What is your return policy on life-safety equipment?
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on load-bearing equipment (like carabiners, ropes, or bolts) once they have left our warehouse. Please double-check your specs before ordering.
Are your products tested for break strength?
Many of the products we sell have been featured in our break-test videos. While we sell certified gear from top manufacturers, our unique testing provides additional data points for the community.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. Once an order has reached the fulfillment floor, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
